Audit for IT Parks in the Republic of Moldova

One of the conditions of residency in the MITP is to present annually the results of the verification of its work. The annual verification is carried out by an audit entity accredited on the territory of the Republic of Moldova. Each resident independently selects and contracts their audit entity.

Solutions for IT Park Companies

The results of the annual verification shall be submitted by 30 April of the following year. For residents who joined the MITP during the calendar year, the verification period includes only the months in which the special tax regime was applied.
